The Registered Manager of Beechbrook is Catherine Seagrim RGN NDN CPT RMA , who has extensive nursing experience, and as holder of a teaching qualification can provide in-service training for the staff, all of whom are selected for their empathy with the elderly.
The Deputy Manager is also a trained nurse with many years’ experience within the care home environment, and holds a Manager’s Award. She has skills in massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and manicuring.
The Administrator is also a trained nurse, and shares in the management of Beechbrook.
The home employs 15 care staff, all of whom are NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified, in addition to domestic and garden maintenance staff.
